FREE basic specification and sourcing-requirements review
Eligible first orders may receive up to 3%
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. Final savings depend on supplier confirmation, product type and order value.
Independent procurement coordination
Plastic Sheet Extrusion Machine Sourcing coordinates factory quotes for sheet and related profile extrusion equipment. The service does not manufacture lines, hold inventory or present itself as an original-equipment seller or brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, capacity statements and warranty wording belong to the named supplier on each reply. Buyers keep decision ownership for specification, budget preference and contract acceptance. No founding year, plant count or savings percentage is published because those facts are not on file for this service.
We collect polymer, geometry, utilities and delivery facts, restate them into a consistent RFQ, and return comparable factory wholesale quotes. We do not approve plants, issue machinery-safety marks, or treat throughput on the buyer’s resin as a site-owned result. Buyer responsibilities on a quotation are the process data, destination and acceptance criteria the purchaser agrees to supply; they are not transferred to this coordinator.
The buyer names polymer or feedstock, net width, thickness tolerance, single-layer or coextrusion, and whether the request is a sheet line or a profile line with separate calibration and haul-off. Open manufacturer pages that list thickness, width and kg/h are checklists, not affiliation. Work envelope is the remaining length for dryer, barrel, die, roll stack and winder, not only the installed footprint.
The buyer must mark which site utilities, installation, training, commissioning and SAT travel sit outside the machine price. Missing marks are exclusions the factory should restate. Cooling water treatment applies to barrel and roll circuits; compressed air applies only if air knives or pneumatics are in scope. PLC interface hardware is also a site-cost item unless written in.
A buyer-ready outcome is a restated kg/h at named width and thickness plus a duty-cycle statement for campaigns. FAT and SAT language stays on the buyer–supplier contract. No numerical saving is published without matching scope. Optional budget notes help search; they are not a factory rating.
Remaining buyer inputs include destination, quantity, three-phase supply, connected load if motors are quoted, footprint and whether FAT is witnessed. Mark unknowns. Do not invent kW for a package whose motor list is still open.
Process engineers and maintenance engineers may add cooling-water temperatures, spare-parts lists and PLC interface names after the first quote round. Those additions change site work more than they change the independent role of this service. Throughput language must carry material and conditions. Cycle time refers to recovery after a thickness or width change. Changeover between products is a documented duty, not an assumed free option. Tooling means dies, calibration and haul-off, not a rubber mold.
When a factory cites mass output from a public clear-sheet table observed 2026-09-17, we treat that text as a supplier document to be reconfirmed against the buyer’s polymer. We do not copy those figures into a site-owned rating. Working pressure language is replaced by melt-pressure and roll-stack questions the factory must answer. Flow rate applies to cooling water, not to a pump catalog. Positioning of die and roll centres is confirmed on drawings. Supply frequency in Hz must match the US plant if electric cabinets are included.
